1. General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mega baji platform and all services under it. When a user accesses this site, opens an account, or uses any service, they automatically accept these Terms.

mega baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in English for Bangladeshi users. For details about the scope, nature and operation of the service, please visit our About Us page.

If any part of these Terms is unclear to a user, please contact our support team before using the service. Continuing to use the platform will be taken as confirmation that you have read and agreed to all terms.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at mega baji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each user may create only one account.
• The account may not be used by or shared with any third party.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

mega baji reserves the right to cancel any accounts belonging to the same person and forfeit all balances. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or banking details is prohibited.

2.3 Login Security

The user is fully responsible for all activity on their account. If a password is lost or unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the mega baji support team must be notified immediately.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age for all casino and betting activities on the mega baji platform is 21 years. At registration or upon a withdrawal request, we may ask for an identity document, proof of date of birth, and proof of address.

If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended or withdrawals may be held. This process is carried out to protect the user's interests.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

Deposits at mega baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit processing time may vary slightly depending on the method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and any other scheduled Bangladeshi bank).

4.3 General Payment Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• The name and number of the bank or mobile wallet must match the account details on file.
• For suspicious transactions, documents may be requested for additional verification.
• mega baji reserves the right to suspend any transaction on suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mega baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

A wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. In the example above, the ৳1,500 bonus requires total wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never cash — it is issued as betting credit.
• Withdrawals directly from bonus funds are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The mega baji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6. Betting Rules and General Policy

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

mega baji uses the official result of the relevant event to determine the outcome of each bet. If a bet is accepted with incorrect odds due to a technical error, network issue or any other reason, mega baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football or other sports, if a match is cancelled before the scheduled time, a decision will be made in accordance with standard sports betting policy. If rules change during a season, the latest update will be posted on the updates page.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the result of that round will be determined from server logs.

6.4 Slots and Other Games

Slot games and other online games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is independently tested. Each game's own paytable and RTP apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega baji platform:

1. Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
2. Using bots, scripts or automated software to access the platform.
3. Using bonus funds to meet wagering requirements without risk ("bonus abuse").
4. Payment fraud, credit card chargebacks or making false transaction claims.
5. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
7. Any activity related to match fixing or result manipulation.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by mega baji

mega baji may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms are violated.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If identity verification documents are not provided within the specified time.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account. In this case, the remaining balance will be paid out after pending bets are settled. Contact the support team to request a voluntary self-exclusion under responsible gaming.

9. Limitation of Liability

The mega baji platform provides its service on an "as-is" basis. mega baji is not directly liable for any financial loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, internet outages or failure of third-party payment systems.

However, it is mega baji's policy to resolve such issues as quickly as possible and to provide reasonable assistance to affected users.

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. Users acknowledge that winning and losing are both normal outcomes of any bet, and that this risk is borne by the user.
